"Justa thinking!"... Words cannot describe the incredible feeling that you awaken with in the morning when you know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour... There is an immediate connection with God and you begin to thank Him and praise Him for awakening you and then begin your early morning prayer for the day... Here is an example of mine.. Yours is probably different... "Dear heavenly Father thank you for awakening me and giving me such a wonderful Salvation in the person of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ... I pray You will give me extra wisdom and discernment... Guidance and direction.. Help me to make common sense decision and in the course and events of this day I pray you will give me an opportunity to share that wonderful glorious message of salvation in Jesus Christ... In Jesus name I pray amen...This is my daily ritual from my relationship with my Saviour... How I love Him and thank Him for His amazing grace in my life... May Jesus Christ be praised!

May Jesus Christ be Praised

May Jesus Christ be praised
T'is my heart's morning prayer
And daily I commune with Him
He's with me every where
My confidence is in that Lord
Who gave His life for me
And I am living out the Life
That lives inside of me

Constantly abiding confessing all known sin
Yes my life... Praise the Lord
Completely wrapped up in Him
No other desire has this heart
Then to see Lord Jesus praised
My Salvation in His Resurrection
Praise God my Lord was raised

Life is definitely definitely worth the living
There is still the lost to save
Give me a heart of compassion Lord
Until I meet my grave
No fear of death to hinder now
For I have been redeemed
And up from the grave I too shall rise
Pure fact! It's not a dream!

About the Poet
I came to know the Lord as my personal Saviour in January of 1972. I was married on Oct 21,1966 to my wife Linda who also loves the Lord. We have ten children and now twenty-four grand children. In Aug 2012 we got the announcement of the birth of our first GREAT grand child (a baby girl). I was thrilled to find others of like precious faith and belief in Jesus Christ. Hallelujah! What a Savior! I am presently living in Champion, Alberta, Canada but we are originally from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. That is where the poem Canadian Tribute to America was birthed. One Sunday as I walked across the city on my way to church I came to the top of a hill and looked across at Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. After watching the events of the Sept 11 tragedy it was weighing on my heart and mind and the Lord gave me these words. We came to Calgary and when my oldest daughter saw this poem she said, Dad, whats this? and I said a poem and she replied Dad, thats not a poem , thats a song and she then went to the piano and began to sing and play it. The result of which turned into a song entitled, A Canadian Tribute to America which she recorded on CD. garyjamessmith2005@yahoo.ca
