Enigma

Mystery I died, yet live

by faith in the Son of God.

Im at peace with God but at war with sin,

Still experiencing weakness of flesh

Sin is still my enemy, but wont win.

This battle is waged by my Lord.

Im up against the world, flesh and devil.

But I live by faith Christ has not left me.

Hell always be there overcoming evil.

Ive appropriated this hope!

I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God,Who loved me and gave Himself for me."

Galatians 2:20 (New King James)

About the Poet
I asked Jesus to be my Savior when I was 11 - that was almost 70 years ago as of June 2015. My husband and I had been married for 54 years as of March 2010 before he went Home to Heaven, and we have one son & daughter in law and 3 grandchildren.
