The World out There

The World Out There

Appearance

Full moon shines brightly
Looks so very peaceful
Sun shines,- birds sing
How deceptive it can be
Just looking out on that scene.

Fear

Political controversies
All around everywhere
Warnings and promises
Not to be ignored
What will happen?
Will lives be uprooted?
Unwanted changes coming?
Can we trust any of them?

Faith

Will Christians rededicate?
Seek God’s holy will?
Live their faith each day?
Pray and wait on God
To answer in His way?
Prayer – the answer for this world.

“Let faith lead your heart by the hand.”

“We can never presume to know the depths of God’s
thoughts or plans. We can only trust that He has our
best interest at heart.”
