Perfectly Sufficient

I ask His perfect wisdom
To guide day by day,
And teach me how to use it,
Help me walk His way.

He’s given all that I need
Ev’ry hour, each day.
He’ll teach me how to use it
All along the way.

As I rise, I bow in prayer -
Lord, order this day.
As I give the reins to Him -
Want to walk His way.

Turn away when troubles come?
Forget how He guides?
Each day’s supply’s sufficient
For He’s good - all wise.

About the Poet
I asked Jesus to be my Savior when I was 11 - that was almost 70 years ago as of June 2015. My husband and I had been married for 54 years as of March 2010 before he went Home to Heaven, and we have one son & daughter in law and 3 grandchildren.
