I Believe in Miracles

Christianity is miraculous

The foundation being The Virgin Birth!

God wrote it in “letters” too large for us

To really grasp, when He came to the earth.

Jesus was not His name BEFORE His birth

To Mary in a town called Bethlehem.

He WAS before time began on this earth.

In Him alone is Life, the Light of men.

Jesus was fully God and fully man.

This Biblical truth is a mystery!

It’s a thing that we cannot understand –

Not enough words in all of history.

Let’s give thanks for the Babe in manger laid

Who went to The Cross and bore all our sin.

‘Though tempted by Satan, He’d not evade.

He IS my Lord….The Spirit LIVES within.

“Jesus – the longer you know Him

The more compelling He becomes.”

About the Poet
I asked Jesus to be my Savior when I was 11 - that was almost 70 years ago as of June 2015. My husband and I had been married for 54 years as of March 2010 before he went Home to Heaven, and we have one son & daughter in law and 3 grandchildren.
