God's Standard

The book of Acts lived out through us,
"Listening" to the disciples preaching,
Holy Spirit power address!
Now, through me and other people reaching.

Problems should lead us to praying.
Real fellowship's not just saying "hello."
God leads through problems dismaying.
He is more powerful than any foe.

Christ won't force or break in the door.
He wants a deeper fellowship with us,
Evidence the crown that He wore,
Showing His love and obedience thus.

Increase our hunger for you, Lord.
Then speak and guide us to do Your bidding.
Through all of this we can't be bored,
Realizing YOUR standard of living.
