Time Heals?
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

Time Heals?

There is an old adage quoted
That says, “Time Heals all Wounds,”
But it really should be noted
There are scars – mem’ry looms.

All the time in the world won’t heal.
Some memories will fade
And you will learn, with them, to deal
As they return unbade.

That fig tree would need more than time
To produce fruit, that’s sure.
Good soil and just the perfect clime
Might juicy fruit assure.

God works the soil – my life and yours
With ingredients pure,
And with His perfect grace assures
His healing love’s the cure.
