Got to Get It All Together

GOT TO GET IT ALL TOGETHER

As I grow old, I am still me

But more aware of the ebbing of life

‘Though thinking it applies to thee,

This “best of life for which the first was made.”

“To make success you must start young.”

My old age is just like everything else.

“These few short days” – that song we’ve sung.

Life is too short to take it for granted.

Is God pleased when He tests my heart?

Humbleness is God-appreciation.

Christ my Hope – the top of my chart,

Moving steadily from despair to trust.

As I puzzle in my life’s way,

Those things too wonderful for me to know

Until I reach Heaven some day,

I enclose in God’s sovereign providence.

I’m seeking peace in God’s present.

He is my Hope, Faith and Integrity.

‘Though my path may not be pleasant,

He’s given His promise and He’ll do it!

God never forgets any believer as we

Move ever closer to the edge of Eternity!

Psalm 131, Romans 12:12,

Deuteronomy 29:29

Psalm 130:7 & 8
