Resurrection Life

“No man takes My life from Me.

I lay it down of Myself.”

Not a victim of any –

Slain from the world’s foundation.

Willing to die for many –

All people from all nations.

Our death rate is “one a-piece”

Are you ready should He call?

Christ has no grandchild or niece –

Salvation in Christ’s for all.

He waits for each to repent.

He’ll not force Himself on you.

God, in Christ, for you was sent.

Faith, hope, love – Himself the glue.

John 11:25-26 (Amplified Bible)

25 Jesus said to her, I am [Myself] the

 Resurrection and the Life. Whoever

believes in (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on) Me,

 although he may die, yet he shall live;

26 And whoever continues to live and believes

in (has faith in, cleaves to, and relies on) Me shall

never [actually] die at all. Do you believe this?

About the Poet
I asked Jesus to be my Savior when I was 11 - that was almost 70 years ago as of June 2015. My husband and I had been married for 54 years as of March 2010 before he went Home to Heaven, and we have one son & daughter in law and 3 grandchildren.
