An “Old Folks” Spring

Is this really Spring or not -
One day cold - another hot!

Little red leaves on the trees -
Pollens blow from all of these.

Doc says keep the windows closed
Or I’ll have a sneezy nose.

I’d bask in Spring, plant flowers,
Would love working there for hours.

That is how it used to be -
Now, I have a balcony!

All those years I loved a yard -
Now I view it on a card.
