Like to make plans for tomorrow -
Know what I’m going to do.
No interruptions or sorrow -
I’ll know what’s coming or who.

God told Moses which way to go
And he told the people who
Wandered, grumbled - just how they’d know
To trust and Gods will to do?

They had no Bible in their hand.
Moses was their “go between”
From God to this wondering band -
Cloud and pillar of fire seen.

We have so much more to guide us -
God’s Word and books on our shelves.
Let’s read it each day and discuss
What we have learned for ourselves.

Psalm 119:105

About the Poet
I asked Jesus to be my Savior when I was 11 - that was almost 70 years ago as of June 2015. My husband and I had been married for 54 years as of March 2010 before he went Home to Heaven, and we have one son & daughter in law and 3 grandchildren.
