I've Seen Sin's Destruction!

Iíve Seen Sinís Destruction!

Iíve seen the destruction of sinís ungodly force!

Iíve seen many good lives being driven off course!

Many good people I thought that I loved and knew.

Became entangled in sin,

and didnít know what to do!

The ruined lives!† I couldnít believe what I was seeing!

The heartaches that came,

†is what they were receiving!

Itís so important to seek prayer and Christí protection!

We need to give Christ our love and full attention!

Satan comes to steal, kill and to ultimately destroy!

An abundant lifeÖ† He doesnít want you to enjoy!

Heíll twist and pervert anything thatís good or true!

His ultimate game plan,

†is to come after YOU!

Christ came that you may have life abundantly!

He can do this, by his power!† Most certainly!

He alone can save you from any destroying sin!

And put your life together all over again!

Wonít you allow his sin-cleansing blood to touch you?

Wonít you come to him now?†

And allow him to forgive you?

He can do what no other power could ever obtain!

You can find all you need in his precious name!

Hallelujah!† Victory in Jesus can be yours and mine!

Now is the opportunity!† Now is the time!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
