America... Repent Of Your Sin!

America,,,   Repent Of  Your Sin!

There's a lot happening in the world around us.

There's a lot of wickedness that daily surrounds us.

It's like so many have gone really crazy and bad.

What so many are doing is disappointing and sad.

The Bible says the heart is desperately wicked within.

It's evil, corrupt and filled with pride and sin.

As a country, we've often forsook God's hily rules.

In turning our back on him, we've become  "fools."

What God's word say8s, so many really don't understand.

America is seeing a scourge throughout it's land.

we need to repent and praying for a spiritual healing.

As the anti-God movement becomes more revealing.

Let's seek God for forgiveness of our sinful past.

Let's seek the peace of God and do it FAST!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
