LIfe's Difficulties
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

Other Poems by James Pemberton

 Life’s Difficulties

Perhaps your life in shambles
 and a wreck.
Thinking; "God-I have problems...
did you forget?"

Faced with another discouragement
 and heartache,
Do your trials seem more
 than you can take
?

Maybe you’ve shared with others
 your trials and burdens...
Somehow thinking tomorrow may
 be life’s final curtain.

God has clothed every
 animal and bird.
Your prayers to him have
 certainly been heard.
,
Think about God who has
 beautifully made the flower.
He can meet your need
 this very hour!

His word says not to worry
of what you'll eat or drink.
May his love change
 the way you think.

Allow his love to sink into your
 heart deep within...
Knowing he'll meet your
needs over & over again!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
