Let's Live For Jesus! Not This Wor

Let’s Live For Christ!  Not This World!

Many churches are being “dragged down”

by the culture around them.

They’re greatly influenced by all the evil

that surrounds them,

Many no longer teach what the Bible says

about living holy and pure.

As a new kind of “non biblical theology”

is what they believe... For sure!

A lifestyle of ungodliness and perversion

 is what they embrace.

As they exchange a corruptible lie for

God’s truth and grace.

The motto; “come as you are.” Is what they like to portray.

As God’s holy words os God are discarded and not obeyed.

It’s that many in church take time to repent of their sin.

They need to focus on the words; “you just be born again.”

It’s time to run from the so much un

godliness of every mind.

Let’s focus on God’s words, and let Jesus control our mind!

Living for the culture…  Or standing up for Jesus?

 You much decide!

The road to heaven is narrow.  But the one to hell

 is so wide!

Let’s make a desire to glorify God in

everything that we do!

Only through Jesus, can those in church

be made BRAND NEW!

A new creation in Christ is the best place

for a church to be…

Walking in a way that brings to all Godly

living so rich and free!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
