Heaven's Instant Messaging

Heaven's Instant Messaging

Today the sun rose rather quietly,
With a heavy blanket of fog in the air;
Calling my weary soul and spirit,
To another day of intercessory prayer.

Like the dense clouds of fog around me,
Life often traps us in a low-visibility way;
Challening our troubled souls and spirits,
To make fervent prayer the focus of each new day.

To my delight, this heavy blanket of fog,
Begins to vanish, as the rising sun burns it away;
Sending Heaven's welcomed instant messaging,
That the help we all so urgently need
If not already sent, will soon be on its way.
