Winter's Light

Winter's Light

Autumn leaves are beginning to fall,
November has given her election call.
Winter is softly blowing her cold breathe,
Our bodies seek a warmth of soul to caress.
Thanksgiving will soon arrive,
With an attitude necessary to keep faith alive.
His advent will be December's theme,
Revealing a living God's salvation dream.
His Son becomes a complete man,
Faith in Him fulfills salvation's plan.
His advent is our heart-throbbing delight,
As we walk by faith, and in His glowing light.
