On The Wings Of The Wind
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

By George David Denson
Other Poems by George David Denson

On the wings of the wind,
I offer my praise unto God.
Giving thanks for life's many blessings,
That I find on earth's most sacred sod.

On the wings of the wind,
My heart leaps for joy and in praise.
To God the Creator, Our Saviour and Sustainer,
In these poetic words, my thankful voice, I do raise.

On the wings of the wind,
I let the King of glory come in.
Offering my time, my talent, and my tithe,
And letting His spirit flow from deep within.

On the wings of the wind,
My message of hope and faith, I now send.
Trust in His grace, rejoice in His care,
And with praise and thanksgiving,
Walk with Him to life's journey ends.

*** Inspired by the words of the Psalmist in Psalms 18:10
and Psalm 24. If you have not read through the book of
Psalms lately, why not do so during this week.
