A Rainbow in My Heart

A Rainbow in My Heart

Did you see that rainbow in the sky today?
Glowing in its brillance amidst threatening clouds,
As if, to all, it had something very important to say.

A rainbow is a reminder of God's presence above,
Testifying to His eternal faithfulness,
Standing proudly proclaiming His forgiving love.

The arch is a symbol of His blood-stained cross,
Reminding us that through His Son's death,
Our lives nor our souls need to be lost.

The bright colors say loudly to you and me,
Call on the living God and He will help you,
In your most urgent time of need.

A majestic vision, is the gift of a rainbow in the sky --
Restoring our often tired and weary souls,
And making our faith in His Son, come dynamically alive.

Everytime my Lord and Saviour answers my prayers,
He undeniably proves, that He is still there,
And He places a rainbow in my heart.
