Thank You God For Spring

Thank You God for Spring

What a long, cold, harsh and
bitter winter most of us had;
Giving each of us a large dose,
of a disorder they call "SAD".
Now that the season of Spring
has just about "sprung";
Breathe in this oxygen of new life,
deep into your stuffy and anxious lungs.
Your dead, lifeless, brown grass,
will soon turn to a traffic-light green;
Already, the resurrected budding
of tree leaves can be easily seen.

O thank you God for creating,
this wonderful season of Spring;
With all of her renewed strength
and hope, that she graciously brings!
