The Taste of New Wine
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

A Taste of New Wine

The old year
will soon be past,
The new year
will be here at last.
Hopefully,
all has
and will
turn out fine;
as your soul rejoices
in the taste of new wine.

A year
of untold blessing,
or a year
of never-ending second guessing.
The new year is
an invitation
to dine
at our Lord's table
and sample
the taste of new wine.

Was the past year,
a year of adversity,
Is the new year's horizon
covered with much uncertainty.
Accept
our Lord's
gracious invitation
to let your faith shine --
Open
your heart's door
to Him,
and taste the new wine.
