Visionary Poetry

A poet puts into writing,
His visions of life and faith.
Working much like a potter,
Shaping his thoughts of clay.

Embracing, analyzing, and decoding,
These emissaries of his heart.
Through rhyme patterns and word pictures,
Of colorful, creative works of art.

Declaring visions of life and faith,
Ever thought so surreal.
Drawing an intimate potrait
Of reality or fantasy --Through the poet's
Visionary words and surrendered will.
