The Birds Continue To Sing
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

Another sniper killing in Wash. D.C.,
A murderous explosion far across the sea.
Yet, God awakened me this morning,
With a musical alarm of birds that continue to sing!

O' my God , I can not understand,
Why you allow your world to be destroyed
by such evil men.
In trust and hope, I will go foward today,
Because the birds continue to sing!

O' my Soul, I must not doubt my God,
Nor ignore the endless travail of our troubled sod.
Have faith and believe in your God,
For the birds continue to sing!

To those around the world and in Wash. D.C.,
Who now must deeply grieve.
May God's grace restore your heart-broken soul,
As the birds continue to sing.
