A Fancy Name

A fancy name, I can't recall
the dessert came to enthrall
My taste buds one and all

With sauce supreme on layered cheesecake
Topped with delicate whipped cream
This a gourmet palate's dream

The middle layer a cold grapefruit sorbet
To freshen any taste
One eats to savor, not in haste

So, my friend, when to that lovely
Strasburg, Pennsylvania restaurant you go
Tell them I sent you

I am sure they will want to know!
