Patties of Oysters
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

Now, My Friend, you want a food treat
There is a great delicacy you should eat
Get a quart of oysters or so
Wash them carefully and they're ready to go
Make a batter of fine herbs, eggs, and flour
Mix those oysters in, should take less than an hour
Out of the batter make patties of your selected size
Fry in olive oil for a delectable prize
Serve at the table or buffet while hot or warm
To them your guests will swiftly swarm

To them your guests will swiftly swarm
