Hurry Now

The hurry scurry must increase

But a few days 'til the Christmas feast

Last minute items to buy

Cards to send

Cookies to make

Visits to do, friends to greet

Gifts to wrap, too late to mail

Stop, pause, sit awhile

Catch your breath

Put on a Christmas CD

Think about what all the hurry scurry is for

Is it about the Christ we should adore?

Is it about the Christ we should adore?

Hurry Now! (c)2014 Quentin Clingerman
