Seeing Him with a Child Heart

With wondering eyes I approach
With gentle boldness I bow my head
As a little child I come

His arms reach out
And I am kindly lifted to his lap
His hand rests upon my head in blessing

Feeling secure I, hearing the heart beat of God,
 Listen and know
As a child, intuitively

I can climb from his lap and go about my daily tasks
Feeling secure in his love
Seeing him with my child heart
