Dark the Morning Sky

Dark, dark the morning sky

Damp mistiness prevails

The moon is hidden in thick clouds

The sun does not yet peek through

The days grow shorter through October

Waiting for the time change

Clocks turn back an hour

Seven o'clock should not be

A bewitching hour!

Dark, Dark the Moring Sky(c)2009 Quentin Clingerman
