Catch as Catch Can

Humkind is running, running to and fro

Most with really nowhere to go

Some run with a limited purpose in mind

Some run aimlessly toward  uncertain goal of some kind

Selfdeceived or totally confused

Guidance on the way too often refused

But we who know the Master's plan

Must catch these runners as best we can

Some we can signal with a red flag

Others we must grab, as if to bag

Letting them know what we have found

Only with Christ are we Homeward bound

Only with Christ are we Homeward bound
