Thanksgiving Is Thanksliving

Thanksgiving Day comes and goes, one day a year

A day of celebration, of family, friends, and football

And a parade ot two

An expression of gratitude for God's blessing, for family and friends,

Taking time to give thanks for safety and peace , for those who give

So we may walk in freedom; who provide for our well being in many ways

Thanksgiving is more, much more, it is a lifestyle, a way of thanksliving

Giving in some measure as we have received each day of the year

Looking for others in need whom we can aid in some way

Or comfort in their distress or pain; a way of thanking God for his love,

Saving grace, and abundant care

Each and every day of the year
