A Litany of Praise

I praise you, Lord Jesus, of the Dusty Roads
You walked the way of men as an example

Thank you for the forgiveness of sins; for clean hands and a pure heart

I praise you, Lord Jesus, of the Triumphal Entry
Jerusalem would never be the same; a promise of your return once again

Thank you for the forgiveness of sins; for clean hands and a pure heart

I praise you, Lord Jesus, of Gethesame's Prayers
Weeping desperately before the Father, you humbled yourself in total obedience

Thank you for the forgiveness of sins; for clean hands and a pure heart

I praise you, Lord Jesus, of Golgatha's Brow
You shed your blood for my salvation; for sanctifying grace

Thank you for the forgiveness of sins; for clean hands and a pure heart

I praise you, Lord Jesus, of the Empty Tomb
Rising again you give us hope of Eternity, of your return

Thank you for the forgiveness of sins; for clean hands and a pure heart
