The Burning Bush

The Burning Bush

The burning bush has turned blood red
and God does speak like Moses said-
a leafy testament takes stand
in praise of His amazing hand.

Enthralled I am by scarlet hue;
the bush again ignites, anew
and thrives in earthen, fertile land
in praise of His amazing hand.

A firy voice - a living glow-
amidst eternal winds that blow
created for each season planned-
all praise to His amazing hand!

(Poem is a kyrielle.  I always look forward to seeing
 the beautiful bright red leaves on our bushes each
 year.)
