Summer Harvest

Summer Harvest

At Boggio's stand, fresh fruits abound
and many veggies can be found;
a fresh array in front of me-
all manna miracles, I see.

Tucked neatly 'tween two fields of corn,
the bounty glows this summer morn;
I choose our favorites thankfully-
from manna miracles, I see.

'Tis just as when God said it so-
to plant the seed and it shall grow
by grace of One amazingly;
such manna miracles, I see.

Then, homeward on a breezy drive,
His Word within my heart alive-
there's nurturing as meant to be;
fresh fruits abounding, I can see.

(Boggio's is a country store/orchard across the river here.)
