5 Spring Haiku
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

By Lucia Kiersch Haase
Other Poems by Lucia Kiersch Haase

Greening blades of grass

haling on a windy day

cry...alleluia!!!

"What more could one ask

but to be born again?"...

preaches the tulips.

Trumpeting in pink,

the cherry blossoms open up-

Oh what a sermon!!

Hear the sweet bird song

echoing through the forest

singing of the Spring.

Suddenly I see

the season's first butterfly-

telling Rayghan..."Look!"
