Autumn Sapphics

Autumn Sapphics

Leaves of beauty falling upon the hilltop

whirling winded, seemingly flightbound upward-

bright confetti dazzling human eyesight;

Autumn here welcomes.

Walking up the hillside near to a rustling,

sunlight reflects shimmering leafen pleasures;

poems - I am pondering something just as-

beautiful to say...

This is a sapphic stanza poem.  There are a few trees around turning early this year...:)
