A Life's Bouquet

Life's Bouquet

Beyond the window oh so brightly glowing,

Spring garden flowers shine in breezes flowing

as if to wave a Mother's Day hello-

or maybe speak of reaping from the sow,

and how when nurtured, one and all shall grow.

The gardener walks outside this morn anew;

she's seen the flowers grow - her children too-

God's shown the way and told her what to do.

Here, blooms exemplify such loving care-

a vibrancy of color everywhere

that beckons her this special day in May.

God's shown the outcome possible through prayer;

each petal like time's passing has a way

of showing blessings sent - a life's bouquet...

(a glorionic sonnet)
