The early Autumn season is upon us! Write a traditional 5-7-5 syllables per line Haiku

with an Autumn theme.  As an example, here are 3 Haiku, with each poets name below

each poem:

On a withered bough
a crow alone is perching;
Autumn evening now.

Basho

The wild geese take flight
low along the railroad tracks
in the moonlit night.

Shiki

O leaves, ask the breeze
which of you will scatter first
from the verdent trees.

Natsume Soseki
