Lifesong

This morning's sun sings peacefully
accompanied by soulful breeze;
earth's heartbeat carries on again
concordant with the praising trees...

that now bear fruit of manna, sure
as nature too proclaims His way.
The quiet sighs as only it
knows how to do from day to day.

I see here in the mirror lake
the sky reflecting Heavenly,
exactly as the sun reflects
out in the world, from you and me.

The harp string winds begin to blow...
perhaps a sigh - perhaps a breath;
since ancient times the truth be told
of hope in Him who conquered death.
