I'm Happy to Know Jesus!

I’m Happy to Know Jesus!

I get happy knowing Jesus every day!

He is the truth, life, and the only way!

I get so excited knowing that he is mind!

He is so loving, patient and kind!

I get so blessed with him close by me!

By eyes were blind!  Now they can see!

I get so honored to know him as my king!

He is my God!  And can do ANYTHING!

I am here to invite you to know him too!

He bled and died for me and for you!

I ask this same Jesus to speak peace right now!

Let’s come before him and humbly bow!

Please touch us dear lord,

 with your hand!

Everything about us...

 You already understand!

May this same happiness

 from him be extended!

By his love, may our

 hearts be amended!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
