May We Have the Attitude of Christ!

May We Have the Attitude of Christ!

Don’t allow anything be done in

strife or anger…

Failure to do so could cause

 spiritual danger.

In wholeness of your mind,

look to the needs of others.

Focusing not yourself…

 Rather your sisters and brothers.

Allow the mind of Christ to

 reside deep within.

Accepting his power to forgive

  every sin.

Christ…  Who took the form of a servant

 in the likeness of man.

Is always there to help

and willing to understand.

He served others,

until his death  on the cross…

He loves everyone!

Even the lost!

God has exalted him over the

 angels and does proclaim…

The power and majesty that

 is in HIS holy name!

Every knee shall bow and every

 tongue shall confess;

“ Jesus is Lord! “

 And our righteousness!

Won’t you come before him

 and humbly bow?

He can change your life…

And can do it RIGHT NOW!!!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
