Are You Reaching the Lost?

Are You Reaching The Lost?

Are you reaching the lost like
you're supposed to do?
How many will reach heaven
because of you?

Is your heart burdened
for the lost soul?
If one day...you're to make
heaven your goal.

Living in this world...
Is your life content?
Are lyou willing to travel the road
where Jesus went?

Are other lives touched by
your Godly influence?
Is your life "tied down" by
this world's affluence?

This one thing you must keep in mind...
You are the only Christian
some may ever find.

For the unsaved... is your heart stirred?
The message of hope and salvation
must be heard.

The way of salvation comes
though God's only son!
We must win souls for his kingdom--
each and everyone!

Reach souls for Jesus...
And bodly proclaim.
Not being ashamed of HIS
precious and holy name!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
