I Come To Jesus For Everything!
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

I Come To Jesus For Everything!

When I get down and am

 feeling depressed…

I come to Jesus for comfort

 and a haven of rest.

When I am feeling low, like there’s no way out…

I ask for Jesus to come and cleanse

 me throughout.

When I am feeling lost with nowhere to turn.

I know that Jesus loves me and is concerned.

With any problems, Jesus is the one I turn to.

With any situations, he’s the one I come to.

I have his word and comfort wherever I go.

He’s always with me and brings strength to my soul.

I invite you to experience his love for yourself.

Allow him to put your burdens on “his shelf.”

Praise his name and let the

 hallelujahs begin.

With him as my Lord,

I’m surely to WIN!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
