God Shared His Love!

God Shared His Love!

God shared his love, when on
the cross he died,
His son's life for yours
was then applied!

God shared his love, when on that
crucifixion day…
He provided for our sins
to be washed away!

God shared his love with
all of us that moment…
Christ' sacrifice on the cross
 was our atonement!

God shared his love with

 salvation that he's freely giving!
He provided a chance to
enjoy eternal living!

God shared his love with you!
Will you do the same?
Why not reach out to him
and call on his name?

Living for Christ is an opportunity
he wants to share!
He loves you so much
and really cares!

Why not invite him in?
 He's already made a way!
This could be your opportunity!
This could be your day!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
