Through The Cross...
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

Other Poems by James Pemberton

Through The Cross…

Through the cross, God’s love was displayed.

Because of Christ, my debt was paid.

Through the cross, salvation is freely available.

Jesus gives a life that can be eternally pleasurable.

Through the cross, all mankind can come…

Anyone can enjoy the love of Jesus, God’s son.

Because of the cross, love is clearly spoken.

Christ's resurrection gives death’s grip broken.

Because of the cross, victory is right here!

Jesus brings abundant life that’s secure!

Won’t you come to the cross and simply believe.

Jesus has so many great things for all to receive!

The time is now!  Please don’t

wait another hour!

Experience the cross and Christ’

resurrection power!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
