Think About What Jesus Sacrificed!

Just think about the

sacrifice that Jesus made…

A way to enter heaven,

 has been paid!

Just think about your purpose on earth.

Christ came, so that you can

experience a “new birth!”

Just think about a God

 who can do “the impossible?”

He cares so much for you,

and his love is “unstoppable!”

Have you considered,

 for a moment in time…

A God who can bring hope

and his peace to your mind?

Consider God’s wondrous

 and awesome ways?

There is power and truth

in everything he says!

Consider Christ’ mercy

 that’s forever enduring?

Every promise that he has

made to you is assuring!

Please allow him to take your life’s situation.

He extends to everyone

 a heavenly invitation!

His life for yours is what you can be receiving!

Simply put your trust in him

and start believing!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
