Why Not Sow I-into God's Salvation

Why Not Sow Into God’s Salvation Plan???

Whatever you sow, you shall one day reap.

There’s things you should let go of, but also keep.

There’s consequences that are both good and bad.

There’s a time for sorrow and a time to be glad.

Just because something promises enjoyment,

doesn’t mean that it’ll being a true fulfillment.

Only the truth of God’s word will bring stability.

Only God’s direction can

 bring a godly visibility.

A visibility to see what in life is really going on.

And help to let you know what’s right or wrong.

Won’t you begin to sow a life of righteousness?

And one day reap the joy of eternal happiness?

The things here on earth are just temporary.

Please come now, and enter God’s sanctuary!

A sanctuary of freedom and forgiveness within!

An answer to life’s problems and victory over sin!

Why not sow into God’s salvation plan?

And receive life eternal!

So your name will be in heaven’s journal!

About the Poet
I and my wife have 4 grown children and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I've spent much of my life doing volunteer work in the food distribution for the needy among local churches. Many of the poems I've written are a reflection of times of adversity as a reminder of God's love and faithfulness. I've found many opportunities to share my poems with those who are hurting and discouraged. I'm thankful for the reports of many of the poems touching people's lives. I hope that the poems included on Wordchimes will touch and bless your life too!
