I've got to get busy, busy, busy

by Jean Mollett

I've got to get busy, busy, busy.
So many things to do or places to go,
just trying to get ahead sometimes.
All of a sudden, a wrench is thrown into
the midst and messes up everything.
I've got to get busy, busy, busy.

I've got to get busy, busy, busy.
It's like now. What to I do? What?
Thinking, thinking, and now my head
is a throbbin'. Oh, how can I solve
this? Or will it ever go away? How?
I've got to get busy, busy, busy.

I've got to get busy, busy, busy.
Sometimes it will work out, but then
there are times you have to go there
in person to take care of it. You dread
it, but it has to be done. And with three
times the Patience, Prayers and Guidance.
I've got to get busy, busy, busy.

Just take out time to Breath.

Author's Note: Maybe to make a bad situation, etc, a little more humorous. Sometimes laughing can help, instead of crying all the time.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
