Come into the Presence of the Lord

Come into the Presence of the Lord

Come into the Presence of the Lord.
When there's a burden on your heart
so heavy, not knowing what to do. Life
seems too too hard to handle, turn to him,
turn to him, our Precious Lord.
Be not afraid.

Come into the Presence of the Lord.
When things seem to be going bad,
come to him, come to him. For we can't
do it all alone. No matter what your
situation is, call out his name,
call out his name.
Be not afraid.

Come into the Presence of the Lord.
Wanting freedom from the pain, to have
the strenght to fight and keep on going.
Feeling less of a human, wanting to die,
wanting peace and joy into your life.
No matter where you are, just call out
to our Precious Lord, he's everywhere.
Be not afraid.

Author's Notes:
This is something, I just had to
write, couldn't wait. Not sure,
but it may need some work yet.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
