In this world

In this world
we will have trouble but
You have overcome the world

You shine
brighter than the brightest star

Your love
purer than the purest heart

You shine
filling us with courage and strenght

to follow You

Who are you that you fear mortal men,
the sons of men, who are but grass, that
you forget the Lord your Maker, who
stretched out the heavens?

Isaish 51:12-13 (NIV)

2005 In this world
Author: unknown

Note:  It came from our worship folder
at church today, thought ya might
enjoy it.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
