A Sign of Relief

A Sign of Relief

A sign of relief,
the snipers in Washington, D.C. in Va.
Have finally been caught, a third man possibly
has some connections. The blue car is owned by
the 3rd guy, it was bought in his name.
A sign of relief.

A sign of relief,
the gun has been identified and the bullets
match it. Plus other evidence, they are certain
both people are the snipers, possibly a third
person involved. Let's hope and pray that none
of the evidence is messed up. And that there's
no technicality that will set them free.
A sign of relief.

A sign of relief,
everyone has been praying how soon they would
get caught. Before more were killed or injured,
maybe for life. Put them away where they belong.
Yes, we need to pray for the families, anyone
working the case. Including these people that
did this. How could they? Why would they do
such a horrible thing?
A sign of relief.

A sign of relief,
that this will never happen anywhere again. I
started praying as soon as I saw what happened.
Thank you, Lord for guiding the way for them to
be caught. Now people in the area can breath
again, not be afraid, worry what or who next.
We all are happy and relieved for them in Virginia,
Maryland, Washington, D.C, area.
Yes, Yes!! A sign of relief. Thank you, Lord.
A sign of relief.

About the Poet
I'm married. I am a grandmother. I love poetry, reading and writing it. Someone inspired me to start writing poetry again. That person is my Pastor.
